("Zhuhai Dongjiang" or the "Company") is a subsidiary of Dongjiang Environmental, an environmental protection enterprise listed in both Shenzhen and Hong Kong (stock codes: SZ002672, HK00895), and is also a provincially state-controlled enterprise. Established in April 2019, the Company has a registered capital of RMB 202 million (74.31% held by Dongjiang Environmental and 25.69% by Guangsheng Holdings) and net assets of RMB 208.57 million. Its business covers the resource utilization and harmless treatment of industrial and municipal waste, precious and rare metal recycling, water treatment, environmental engineering, and environmental testing. The Group operates across 14 provincial-level administrative regions and 34 cities, serves more than 25,000 customers, has about 56 entities at headquarters and subsidiaries, and employs nearly 4,000 people.
